In Fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga Lara will take you through a beginning sequence of postures to introduce dynamic actions and organizing principles of Iyengar Yoga. Asanas will draw from the  Level 1 syllabus with a strong emphasis on standing poses and will include basic inversions.  

While props are not necessary we sometimes use blankets, blocks and a wall or chair of some sort.
