A class designed to explore more complex poses from the advanced syllabus and to dive deeper into your practice. We will look at more subtle connections in the body, and the role of the breath and mind in refining our actions and experiences within the asanas. Expect to develop a mental capacity and sensitivity for absorption; learn the difference between healthy and unhealthy will while developing your ability to remain in the asana longer— a direct result of your awareness of breath increasing while your efforts decrease. (Not suitable for beginning students or students who cannot kick up into Adho Mukha Vrksasana or push up into Urdhva Dhanurasana independently)
