Develop a lexicon of self-care for your body, psyche and soul; increase your body’s resilience and adaptability to stressful situations; and enhance its ability to return to “normal”. In this restorative class, you are taught techniques to relax deeply and settle your nervous system, through a variety of supported poses, breathing techniques, pranayama and sound therapies.

A "yoga kit" is highly recommended with all classes but particularly for this type of class where poses are taken with support.  A basic yoga kit consists of: 1 sticky mat, 1-2 yoga straps (2 1/2 -3 ft long); 2 wooden blocks, 1 bolster,...
